Yellowstone National Park in Pictures
We just returned from a VERY LONG road trip to Yellowstone National Park. It wasn't really a vacation, as we were bringing my oldest son to start a job in the park, but we tried to milk every beautiful moment we could out of it.
Our trip consisted of driving through New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. We had never been to Utah, Idaho, Montana, or Wyoming--so it was exciting to add those 4 new states to our goal of traveling all 50 of the United States someday.
I have SO much to say about the trip and how it feels to drop my oldest son off across the country, AND I am also super exhausted and working on multiple projects, so today I am just sharing some photos I managed to capture while in Yellowstone.
I am a photographer at heart. My mom used to buy me film and flash cubes, and I would take hundreds of pictures of EVERYTHING. I haven't picked up the camera in a while because I didn't know what to do with all the pictures. And oh, how I have MISSED it.
These aren't perfect, because my camera is OLD and barely hanging on...but they are good... and it breaks my heart that another talent of mine has sat dormant for so long...just because I'm not currently making money from it. That's no way to live.
I now need 2 weeks (at the very least) to wander around Yellowstone and take 1,000s of pictures lol.
Today, I am working on a new children's book for Christmas.
Wish me luck lol. I have so much going on!!!
